The Community Health Apprenticeship Program is a fully funded training and paid apprenticeship designed to help young adults (ages 18–24) start a career in healthcare while making an impact in their community.
At no cost to you, you’ll gain
- Certification as a Community Health Worker (CHW)
- 152 hours of expert CHW training
- 2,000 hours of paid on-the-job training

Elegibility
You may qualify if you meet one or more of the following:
- Ages 18 - 24
- Current or former foster youth
- Pell-eligible
- WIOA Youth or Adult eligibility
- Enrolled in a Title I school
- Live in a high-poverty census tract
- Youth parent
- Having a disability
